The spring meeting 2011 will be held the 20, 21 and 22 of May at Herberg Le Lognard, Rue Sainte Agathe 63, Laforet 5550 Vresse sur Semois Belgium. This is near Bouillon in the Ardennes.
There are different types of rooms you can book. Prices are between 15,5 euro per person per night and 22,5 euro per person per night, according to the comfort of the room. Breakfast is 8,5 euro per person and barbecue on Saturday is 21,5 euro per person. Dinner on Friday will be paid by the club. If you want to use towels, you have an extra cost of 2,5 euro per person.
There is also a small place for camping. Camping costs 10 euro per person per night.

To confirm your booking they will ask you to make a money transfer of half of the full amount.
Please book your rooms before the first of april. We have an option on all of their rooms (max 26 persons) until 01/04/2011.

Es gibt Räume zu unterschiedlichen Bedingungen.Die Preise sind zwischen 15,50 Euro und 22,50 Euro pro Person und Nacht in Abhängigkeit vom Komfort.Handtücher kosten 2,50 Euro extra.Das Frühstück kostet 8,50 Euro pro Person und das Grillen am Samstag Abend kostet 21,50 Euro pro Person.Das Abendessen am Freitag wird vom Club bezahlt.
Es gibt einen kleinen Campingplatz für 10,00 Euro pro Person pro Nacht.
